As part of #16DaysOfActivism, Mozn Charitable Development Foundation participated in the charity bazaar (Women’s Product Exhibition), showcasing 150 small projects by women and girls. The event was organized by the Yemeni Women’s Union in collaboration with UNFPA Yemen and took place at Al-Sabeen Park, running for three days from December 7–9, 2023.
The exhibition featured products created by women previously empowered economically by the Foundation through various programs, including:
- Sewing and embroidery
- Incense and perfume production
- Baked goods and pastries
- Handicrafts, crafts, and accessories
The bazaar aimed to promote local products, encourage the community to support women-led businesses, and provide women and girls with the opportunity to showcase their work and establish a local market, allowing them to secure a sustainable source of income for themselves and their families.
