In conjunction with the #16Days campaign and with support and funding from United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Yemen, and under the slogan “Empower the Individual … the Community Grows”, and because we believe that empowering women through qualification and training is the way to build a better future for everyone, the team from Mozn Charitable Development & Social Foundation is continuing during October and November 2024 professional training as part of the multi-sector services and economic empowerment project through safe spaces for vulnerable women and girls in Al-Jawf Governorate – districts of Al-Hazm, Al-Mutun, and Al-Matham. The trainings covered the following fields:
- Livestock raising and fattening
- Pastry and confectionery production
- Incense and perfume production
Eight 0 beneficiaries received the necessary knowledge and skills and were provided with economic empowerment kits in the mentioned fields. These trainings aim to empower the beneficiaries and enhance their capacities within the local community, in addition to providing sustainable job opportunities that contribute to their self-sufficiency and that of their families.
