One of the main objectives of Mozn Charitable Development Foundation is to enhance and improve the educational process and provide a suitable learning environment for students in priority-affected areas.
This is achieved through:
- Construction and rehabilitation of classrooms and latrines
- Providing solar energy systems, desks, blackboards, and school and recreational bags for students
- Conducting training and capacity-building sessions for teachers in targeted areas
- Forming parent councils to support education and encourage children to attend school
Since the beginning of 2023, Mozn has been active in Khub and Shaaf District, Al-Jawf Governorate (targeting Al-Thawra, Al-Khanq, and Majar schools) as part of the Emergency Education Interventions Project for displaced and most vulnerable students.
The project is implemented with funding from the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF) and under the supervision of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs – Al-Jawf Branch, in coordination with the Governorate’s Education Office.
