Mozn Foundation Constructs 190 Sanitation Units for Displaced Families in Al-Zuhra, Al-Hudaydah.

Displaced families in hosting sites suffer from a lack of essential services, including sanitation facilities, which are vital for reducing the spread of diseases and ensuring privacy and protection for families living in displacement camps.

To address this urgent need, and with funding from UNICEF Yemen, Mozn Charitable Development Foundation is implementing the construction of 190 block-built latrines in the camps of Al-Maqroa and Al-Basrah in Al-Zuhra District, Al-Hudaydah Governorate.

The project is part of the initiative “Improving Access to Sanitation Services and Promoting Hygiene in IDP Camps in Al-Zuhra District – Al-Hudaydah”, carried out under the supervision of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (SCMCHA) – Al-Hudaydah Branch.

Additionally, a training workshop was launched for health awareness teams and community committees to strengthen hygiene promotion efforts in the targeted sites
